By using the Grow Master application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Grow Master is designed to help users track their gardening and agricultural grow cycles. You may use the application for its intended purpose of managing and monitoring your grow activities.
You acknowledge and agree that we have the right to collect, process, and utilize your anonymized and aggregated data for the purpose of training and improving our machine learning models. This includes data related to your grow cycles, schedules, and other usage patterns. We will take reasonable measures to ensure that your personal identity is not directly linked to this data.
You agree to use the Grow Master application in good faith and for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the application does not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or the rights of others. Misconduct, including but not limited to the misuse of features, providing false information, or engaging in disruptive behavior, is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Grow Master application at any time, with or without notice, if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have engaged in misconduct or violated these Terms and Conditions. This includes the right to remove any content you have submitted.
The Grow Master application and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Grow Master and its licensors. The application is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
The Grow Master application is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall Grow Master, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the application; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the application; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like which may be transmitted to or through our application; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the application, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions within the application. Your continued use of the application after the effective date of any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
